How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Permanent Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policies and international privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), Checkers World provides all players with the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their game account and all associated personal records.

    Send an Email from Your Registered Address

    Draft an email to glilabousselham01@gmail.com from the exact email account linked to your Checkers World profile (e.g. your Google account used during Google Sign-In) to verify ownership.

    Specify Your Account Information

    Set the email subject to Account Deletion Request - Checkers World. In the email body, provide your in-game username or Player ID if available.

    Verification and Permanent Purge

    Our support team will verify your request and completely delete all personal data and match records within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is finalized.

What Data is Deleted vs. Retained?

When an account deletion request is processed, the following actions are executed across our server infrastructure:

Irreversible Action

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you create a new account in the future using the same Google account, you will start with a fresh beginner rating (1200 ELO) and empty match records.
